Hyperbeat Pay Review: Direct Pay, Credit Mode, Card Access, and Risks

Scope and product framing

Hyperbeat Pay combines a wallet, a card-facing payment flow, and a collateralized borrowing route. The official documentation calls it a crypto-native card and credit product for Hyperliquid users and says that users can configure Direct Pay or Credit mode. This review is deliberately narrow: it summarizes material that can be checked in the official documents linked below. It does not treat interface impressions, community posts, or marketing shorthand as proof of a technical or legal fact. Start with the Hyperbeat Pay documentation.

Direct Pay and Credit are different funding paths

Direct Pay should not be described as credit. In the official materials, Direct Pay uses supported stablecoins held in the Pay Wallet for purchases. Credit mode is the separate path: eligible crypto assets are used as collateral to borrow supported stablecoins, which can then fund spending. The distinction matters because a card purchase can look identical at the merchant while the source of funds, risk profile, and user obligations differ substantially. The Terms say users remain responsible for their wallet balances and collateral, and describe spending as collateralized when the borrowing route is used. Read both the Hyperbeat Pay documentation and the Hyperbeat Terms of Use before selecting a mode.

Who operates the service and who issues the card

The names in the stack should be kept separate. Hyperbeat’s Terms say the platform and services are provided and operated by Zoeion Ltd Corporation. The card materials identify Zoeion Ltd Corporation and its affiliates as Hyperbeat for purposes of the card terms. Separately, the official Terms and card terms identify Third National as the Issuer of the Hyperbeat Card, issued under a Visa licence. This is not a reason to infer other counterparties, BINs, banking relationships, or card-network arrangements that the documents do not state. It is a reason to read the applicable agreement when a payment, availability, or dispute question involves the card program. See the Hyperbeat Terms of Use and Hyperbeat Spend Card Terms.

Card access and jurisdiction

“Accepted where Visa is accepted” is a merchant-network statement, not a blanket promise that every person in every location can obtain or keep a card. The official documentation describes virtual or physical cards accepted where Visa is accepted. The Terms say activation requires current, complete, and accurate identity-verification information, and may require continuing AML, fraud-prevention, or other information. The card terms also include an attestation concerning non-US status for that agreement. Eligibility, card form, regional availability, compliance review, and program access must therefore be confirmed at the time of application against the current terms and issuer requirements. This article does not provide eligibility advice or a route around those controls.

Signup link and referral restraint

The registration page can be opened at the official signup URL with the user-provided referral parameter. It presents a referral-code option. During this review, no public reward amount, eligibility rule, duration, or payout condition was established from that page. The link is included only as a cautious signup reference. It is not a claim of a bonus, discount, rebate, or any other referral benefit. Before connecting a wallet, submitting information, or activating a product, read the live disclosures shown in the flow.

Liquidation and collateral risk

Credit mode carries risks beyond ordinary card acceptance. The Terms warn that digital-asset transactions can involve liquidation and that collateral can be liquidated through smart contracts. Volatility, changes in collateral ratios, liquidity conditions, settlement mechanics, oracle or smart-contract behavior, and a need to add collateral can all affect the outcome. Stablecoin spending does not remove the risk on the collateral side. Anyone considering the borrowing route should understand current parameters and costs from the live product documents and should not commit funds they cannot afford to lose. This is a risk description, not a prediction about any individual position. Hyperbeat Terms of Use.

Service availability and issuer action

Neither a card network label nor a prior successful payment establishes permanent availability. The official Terms reserve room for the issuer to refuse or reverse card transactions. The program can also depend on compliance checks, systems, third-party services, and the applicable rules. Merchant acceptance, authorization success, transaction reversal, card availability, and continuity of service are not outcomes this review can promise. If a transaction is declined or reversed, the relevant notice, current card terms, and official support path are the appropriate references. Hyperbeat Terms of Use Hyperbeat Spend Card Terms.

Fees and information dates

The card terms present fee information dated 27 November 2025 and state that it may change. Rather than reproduce a dated fee table as if it were a live quote, this review directs readers to the current Hyperbeat Spend Card Terms and application disclosures. Check fees, limits, supported assets, repayment mechanics, and any geographic conditions immediately before use. A screenshot, an older post, or a referral page should not be treated as a substitute for current terms.

Unverified BIN and Rain claim

The claim connecting 454924 with Rain has not been independently verified. No official proof or second independent, verifiable source was established for it in this review. It is therefore omitted from technical specifications, issuer analysis, BIN data, regional claims, and conclusions. It must not be treated as a fact about the card program, routing, availability, or risk controls.

Practical decision framework

This product is easier to assess when the reader separates three questions: whether they are eligible under the live rules; whether Direct Pay is funded with supported stablecoins in the wallet; and whether they understand the borrowing and liquidation exposure of Credit mode. A reader who cannot accept identity verification, jurisdiction limits, collateral volatility, potential liquidation, or issuer transaction action should not rely on a generic “Visa accepted” statement or a referral parameter. Readers needing certainty about reimbursement, regulatory treatment, availability, or taxes should obtain appropriate professional advice and consult current primary documents.

Verification checklist

Before applying, confirm the live jurisdiction and personal eligibility requirements; provide only current and accurate identity information; determine whether the intended path is Direct Pay or Credit; check what stablecoins and collateral are supported at that time; understand liquidation and repayment mechanics; review possible fees; and read the current Hyperbeat Terms of Use, Hyperbeat Spend Card Terms, and Hyperbeat Pay documentation. This checklist does not replace an agreement and does not guarantee access, approval, card issuance, or a successful transaction.
